Thank you for considering me as your travel advisor. I would be delighted to help you plan and book your next holiday.

I provide a highly personal, expert-led service, combining tailored advice, meticulous planning, 100% financial protection, and 24/7 global support. As a member of the multi award-winning Travel Counsellors franchise network, my role is to deliver a level of care, reassurance, and attention that simply isn’t available through online booking platforms and seldom found on the high street.
This document isn’t a contract. It’s here to set out how my service works, the value I provide, and the mutual respect and commitment that make our partnership successful.
My Commitment to You
When you engage my services, you can expect honest, impartial advice shaped around your needs, preferences, and budget, alongside thoughtfully researched holiday options that prioritise quality, value, and suitability. I provide personal service from our first conversation through to your safe return home, with full financial protection on all bookings made through me and 24/7 emergency support wherever you are in the world. Throughout the process, I act in your best interests, using my experience, industry relationships, and judgement to recommend the most appropriate options for you.

Personal Service
I take the time to understand you as a traveller. Your holiday is crafted around your priorities, pace, and preferences, not pulled from a template. I’m here before, during, and after your trip, especially if something unexpected happens.

I draw on years of first-hand destination knowledge and trusted global partnerships. This allows me to recommend hotels, routes, and experiences that are right for you, not just widely advertised online.

Time-Saving and Stress-Free Planning
I handle the research, logistics, comparisons, and coordination. What could take you hours (or days) of online searching is streamlined into a considered, cohesive proposal.

Financial Protection and Support
Bookings made through me are fully financially protected. If plans change, flights are cancelled, or issues arise while you’re away, you have a real person advocating for you.
How I am Paid
I do not charge for initial consultations or research.

My business is compensated through commission paid by travel suppliers only when a booking is made through me. This means I invest my time, expertise, and care upfront, with the understanding that I am rewarded when we proceed together to booking.

This model allows me to offer a high-touch service without upfront fees, but it relies on mutual trust and respect.
What I Ask in Return
To ensure our partnership works well for both of us, I ask that when you engage my services, you do so in good faith, with the intention of booking your chosen itinerary through me should you decide to proceed.
I kindly ask that the proposals, research, and itineraries I create are not used for price-shopping with other advisors, booking elements independently online, or comparing my work against multiple agents with no genuine intention of booking.
Doing so undermines the service I provide and the way my business operates.
Open and Honest Communication
If you are already working with another travel advisor, or have active quotes elsewhere, please let me know at the outset. This helps avoid duplicated effort and ensures transparency on both sides.
